高分子涂层是使用高分子树脂的高密度涂层，类似于日本独特的URUSHI（生漆）工艺，即反复的微薄的涂一层漆，晒干后继续涂覆。最多时需要几十层甚至上百层处理。高分子涂装正是应用了URUSHI的原理，上百遍的超薄喷涂之后，可以覆盖所有针孔，使涂层具有良好的绝缘、耐磨、防锈效果，同时具有优异的附着力等优点。 此外高分子涂层不含卤素，具有环保安全，颜色丰富等特点。

粘接力 adhesion | 是镀镍的5倍以上，适用于稀土永磁 3 to 5 times higher than electroplating, good for rare earth magnet. |
伸缩性 flexibility | 防止微小铁芯的碎片飞散对周边部件产生影响。喷涂后金属片可以弯着而涂层不受影响 To prevent debris from dispersing tiny cores from affecting peripheral components. Sprayed metal sheets can bend without the coating being affected. |
均匀涂层 uniform coated | 产品的边角处皆可均匀涂覆，适合于EMC铁芯的涂装 The edges and corners of the product can be evenly coated. Suitable for EMC core coating. |
公差小 tiny tolerances | 批量生产中的尺寸公差、偏差可控制到很小 Dimensional tolerances and deviations in batch production can be controlled to a very small extent. |
